Privacy Policy

Last Updated & Effective Date: October 2026

1. Core Commitment: Local-Only Data Processing

RelayProfitPro is built with a strictly client-side, local-first architecture. We do not operate external databases, analytical tracking pixels, or remote tracking endpoints to harvest your fleet configurations, personal metrics, or loadboard activities. Your operational calculations occur exclusively inside your local Google Chrome browser instance.

2. What Information We Access & Store

A. User Configuration Parameters: When configuring the extension popup, you enter operational assumptions (e.g., base ZIP code, vehicle weekly lease, insurance allocations, MPG, circuity factors, and tiered driver pay brackets). This data is saved exclusively using Chrome’s isolated chrome.storage.sync or chrome.storage.local APIs. It never transmits to our servers or third parties.

B. Loadboard Ephemeral Data: When active on designated Amazon Relay load search pages, content scripts parse published card elements (trip payout, load mileage, pickup, and destination) solely to execute local math formulas and display profit overlays. This data is read in-memory and discarded upon navigation or tab closure. It is never logged, saved, or uploaded.

C. Data We NEVER Collect: We do NOT collect personal identification, Amazon login credentials, passwords, driver names, phone numbers, location GPS records, payment credentials, or web browsing histories outside of target Relay domain cards.

3. Chrome Extension Permissions Justification

Under Google Chrome Web Store policies, extensions must declare the narrowest permissions possible. We request only what is strictly required:

storage: Allows saving user-defined dispatch costs and mileage tiers locally across browser sessions.
host permissions (https://relay.amazon.com/*): Grants the content script permission to display real-time profit and circuity badges directly alongside freight cards on the Amazon Relay loadboard.

4. Chrome Web Store Limited Use Disclosure

RelayProfitPro adheres strictly to the Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies, including the User Data FAQ and Limited Use requirements:

  • The extension does not transfer user data to third parties, advertising brokers, or credit evaluation platforms.
  • The extension does not use or transfer user data for serving personalized advertising or remarketing campaigns.
  • The extension does not use or transfer user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
  • No human reads user parameters or loadboard data unless the user voluntarily submits debug logs for technical customer support.

5. Cookies and Web Trackers

The RelayProfitPro browser extension does not set cookies, run tracking beacons, or load third-party trackers (such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel) within the extension environment.
