1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or utilizing the RelayProfitPro browser extension ("the Software") or navigating this web property, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not install or use the software.

2. Informational & Estimation Tool Only

RelayProfitPro is provided strictly as an operational estimation and calculation tool for freight carriers and dispatchers. All metrics generated—including all-in miles, driver pay allocations, circuity cushions, deadhead costs, and net profit margins—are mathematical models derived from user-configured inputs and third-party web representations.

Important Operational Notice: Actual trucking expenses vary due to real-world highway detours, weather conditions, weigh station diversions, road tolls, fluctuating fuel pump pricing, driver retention agreements, and warehouse detention. RelayProfitPro does not guarantee that a load evaluated as profitable will achieve that exact margin in execution.

RelayProfitPro is an independent third-party software utility developed by independent fleet operators. It is not sponsored, endorsed, authorized, certified, or affiliated in any way with Amazon.com, Inc. or Amazon Relay.

4. User Responsibility & Load Booking

The decision to accept, tender, bid on, or decline any freight load remains the sole legal and financial responsibility of the carrier and dispatcher. RelayProfitPro is not a freight broker, dispatcher-for-hire, motor carrier, or legal advisor. You are solely responsible for compliance with FMCSA, DOT, and any carrier agreements entered into with Amazon Relay or other freight brokers.

5. License & Intellectual Property

Subject to your compliance with these terms, RelayProfitPro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and run the software for your personal or commercial fleet dispatch operations. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or resell the extension code without explicit prior written authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RelayProfitPro and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages—including, without limitation, lost revenues, lost freight opportunities, equipment depreciation, mechanical failure, driver disputes, or account actions on broker platforms—arising out of the use or inability to use this extension.
